Get a Girl Scout team t-shirt and join the festivities as we walk towards a healthier you. Paper Registration Form May 16th, Jasmine and the Bus Bullies- Come enjoy a story adventure about Jasmine and how she learns how to handle the bus bullies. Who: Girl Scout Daisies Cost: $3 per girl Time: 6:30-7:45. May 16th, Science Wonders- Head to the Discovery Center for this unique opportunity to work on your Science Wonders badge. Experts wil lead you through a series of activities to explore the magic and dynamics of science! Register with form at bottom of page. Where: The Discovery Center of Idaho, 131 Myrtle St., Boise, ID 83702. Who: Girl Scout Brownies Cost: $10.00 per girl Time: 6:30 p.m. May 17th or July 2, Earth and Sky-Take a trip to the Idaho Museum of Mining and Geology and explore our earth. Experts will lead you on a tour throughout the museum and guide you through hands on activities to earn your Earth and Sky badge. Outside tours and activities will also be provided dependent upon the weather. Please dress accordingly. Register with form at bottom of page. July 2, 10-1pm or 2-5pm May 17th or July 2nd, Rocks Rock-Take a trip to the Idaho Museum of Mining and Geology and explore the realm of rocks and how they impact the world in which we live. Experts will lead you on a tour throughout the museum and guide you through hands on activities to earn your Rocks Rock Badge. July 2, 10-1pm or 2-5pm Girl Beyond Gravity- Summer Day Camp 2008 Two Camp Options: Lowell Scott Middle School, June 16-26 Meridian Middle School, July 7-17 This camp will give you the chance to explore yourself and your interests to discover how you can grow! Camp includes drama, self defense, yoga, scrapbooking, nutrition, dancing and karaoke. Who: Girls entering 6th grade. Cost: $50.00 per girl, financial aid available. Girl Beyond Gravity-Summer Day Camp 2008 This summer camp will have physical activities in the morning including swimming, hiking, yoga, and games. The afternoon will include Girl Scout programming, mining for gold with the Historical Museum, scrapbooking and fun field trips. Stay tuned for full itinerary of events. Lunch included. Time: August 4th-14th, Monday-Thursday. 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Lunch Served Place: Camp will be based out of Friendship Square in Boise, Idaho, but will travel to different areas in Boise to enjoy activities. Who: Brownies and Juniors Cost: $55.00 per Girl Scout (cost includes lunch) *Non-Girl Scouts who would like to attend this camp, please include an extra $10.00 with the registration fee. Scout Days at Roaring Springs Water Park- Saturday, June 28th, 2008 Full Day Admission $13.99 ($11.00 off regular price) Friday, August 15th, 2008 PM Plunge Admission $10.00 ($7.00 off regular price) Family and friends welcome, no need to register for this event. Show proof of Girl Scouting (Pin, vests, ID Cards, etc.) at the window to receive discount. Fun patches will be available to purchase at the event. August 2, 2008 at 7:15pm: Boise Hawk's Family Camp Out!- Friends and family are welcome to join their Girl Scout as they eat hot dogs, watch baseball and campout under the stars after the game. Campout will include entertainment and a pancake breakfast in the morning. Registration Form- To register: email, fax, call in, or deliver this form. *When attending a council sponsored program troops and individuals are responsible for bringing their health history forms. Individual registerd girls who would like to participate in a council sponsored event must have their parent or guardian present.
