This two-day training event is designed to empower leaders with critical skills in emergency response and leadership development. The program is structured to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical, hands-on experience, ensuring that each participant leaves with the confidence and competence needed to lead in emergencies.

On the first evening, the focus is on the "403 Leader Training" module combined with "Stop the Bleed" techniques. The 403 Leader Training portion is designed to enhance your outdoor leadership competencies such as Fire building, Cookouts, and Camp site set up. Following this, the "Stop the Bleed" session provides practical training on identifying severe bleeding scenarios and administering immediate care. Leaders will learn how to apply direct pressure, properly use tourniquets, and execute other critical techniques that can significantly impact outcomes during traumatic emergencies.

Day two shifts the focus to medical emergency response with comprehensive sessions in CPR, First Aid, and EpiPen training. This day-long program offers detailed instruction on performing high-quality CPR, managing common injuries, and responding to severe allergic reactions with EpiPen administration. The sessions are highly interactive, featuring live demonstrations, hands-on practice with manikins and training equipment, and scenario-based exercises to ensure skill retention. By combining these essential medical response techniques with leadership training, this event prepares each leader to effectively manage both organizational challenges and urgent medical crises in diverse settings.
