By popular demand, Top Cookie is back for 2024!
Sip, sample and satisfy your sweet tooth at the 3rd annual Top Cookie competition! This year’s event is set to be our biggest and best yet, with the Boise Depot as the new venue.
You be the judge as chefs from iconic local restaurants engage in a friendly competition to create winning desserts from beloved Girl Scout Cookies.
Top Cookie guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres and drinks, sample each dessert, and vote for their favorite, "The People's Choice". An esteemed panel of judges will determine the "Critics' Choice" winner.
All proceeds raised from this event support Girl Scout programs.

Hey there, I’m Sarah and I do the macarons for Flourish!
I’m born and raised here in Boise, Idaho but left for San Diego, CA to get my degree in baking at The Art Institute in 2012. When I am not baking macarons I’m doing desserts for a local restaurant downtown. I have a 3 year old daughter who is obsessed with rainbows and cats ! On my free time I enjoy hiking around the foothills and enjoying the outdoors.
My favorite macaron is creme brûlée or strawberry passionfruit.
Pedro Martinez - Idaho Provisions Chef & Snake River Creamery
Chef Pedro’s culinary journey spans continents and scales. From roasting whole animals in the rugged wilderness for hungry adventures to crafting personalized fine-dining experiences for VIPs at Sundance Film Festival, his skills have traversed the globe. He’s equally adept at whipping up a gourmet feast under the stars as he is at plating a delicate amuse-bouche in your own kitchen.
Pedro’s passion for fresh, local ingredients and sustainable practices shines through in every dish. He champions local Idaho producers and even runs his own organic microfarm, ensuring the freshest fruits, vegetables, and honey find their way onto your plate.

Aaron Hudson - Hudson Bakery
Hudson Baking Co is Idaho’s first farm to table bakery. Hudson’s is an all American bakery utilizing an old world tradition of sourdough in their breads, bagels, and pastries.
Aaron and Anna long ago committed to accessible food. The Hudsons first became interested in food when they lived in Hawaii with the military. In Hawaii, they were able to buy fresh, locally grown food year around. Later, in college at Evergreen State, they both majored in food policy. Today, they are putting their commitment to activism and food to work as they build their baking company and family. They have three kids, Andi, Alix, and Augustus. The Hudsons are both food activists first, being a bakery allows them to be food advocates. The Company has a new store front in Kuna, and they also deliver product to you for free in the Treasure Valley. Making the freshest food accessible is the cornerstone of their business. They are passionate about clean and healthy food for all.
