You be the judge as chefs from iconic local restaurants engage in a friendly competition to create winning desserts from beloved Girl Scout Cookies.
Top Cookie guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres and drinks, sample each dessert, and vote for their favorite, "The People's Choice". An esteemed panel of judges will determine the "Critics' Choice" winner. All proceeds raised from this event support Girl Scout programs. * This is a 21+ event *

Chef Adan Callsen of Under The Table Boise
Adan is a 4th generation Idahoan who is deeply committed to our community. He serves as the Program Manager for the Downtown Boise Association and is the Owner of Under the Table Boise. He can also be found leading local food tours for Indulge Boise, and spending time with his husband, Kevin, and their two dogs, Nikia and Kiddo.
Some of his many other roles have included work with Boise Young Professionals, One Stone, The Jesse Tree, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and Anser Public Charter School.
Adan loves working with others contributing and bettering his communities. His life purpose is to create something special that is new every day while always working to disrupt the status quo.
Natalie Plummer of Hello Meridian
Natalie Plummer is one of the top social media influencers in Idaho. Her instagram page @hellomeridian has over 30,000 followers, made up of local residents and others who hope to be. Her business was awarded Best Small Business of the Year in 2020 by the City of Meridian, the major neighboring city of Boise. Her passion is promoting Idaho business and highlighting how amazing it is to live in the Treasure Valley. She has been working in social media for 13 years and either represents, or has partnered with, some of the top local businesses. She also coordinates community outreach programs as well as offering a place of community positivity. Together, she and Shane have three children.
Callie Zamzow of Zamzows Inc and Dynamite Specialty Products
Callie Zamzow is a prominent figure in the lawn, garden, animal feed, and nutrition industries, with over 80 years of experience in the family businesses Zamzows and Dynamite.
Graduating with a BS in Biology with a focus on Microbiology from Boise State University and further studies in Biology from Santa Clara University, Callie Zamzow has a strong educational foundation in biological sciences.
Throughout her career, Callie Zamzow has held key positions including co-CEO at Zamzows Inc., CEO at Dynamite Marketing, Inc., Registered Client Associate at Merrill Lynch, and roles in sales, insurance, x-ray technology, and veterinary support.
