October 8: Strategy & Stewardship
Overview of key strategic-plan aligned Council initiatives and intended outcomes slated for the 2025-2026 membership year. Discuss how budget decisions were made and shine light on timing, resourcing, and impact considerations made by the Council. Learn how you can get involved with initiatives aligned with your skills, passions and interests.

November 12: Community Impact & Service Projects
Explore how troops can plan meaningful service projects that align with Girl Scout values and the newly launched National Leadership Awards. Highlight successful examples, provide tools for tracking service hours, and share ideas for engaging girls in community needs assessments and project planning. Includes a discussion of the upcoming legislative session, badges, and how to activate your troop related to cookie taxes.
December 10: All About Cookies
Hear from our incredible panel of a Girl Scout Alum, Senior Girl Scout, Girl Scout Parent, and Troop Volunteer about the direct impacts the cookie program has had on their life personal, academic and professional lives. Share ideas on how to best engage in the programmatic elements and support growth of skill-based outcomes with the Cookie Program. Learn about ongoing work to evaluate and revamp cookie program reward structures in preparation for 2027.
