Troop Leader/treasurer have Annual Report questions? Check with Service Unit if they are offering Annual Report training. Council Membership coordinator will be hosting open office hours via zoom on the following dates. Registration is required on GS Events to acquire the zoom link or please contact customercare@girlscouts-ssc.org for more information.
Please bring or have access to
- Troop Bank Balance Worksheet (excel),
- Troop Bank Statements or Transaction
list from May 2024-April 2025,
- Optional download unofficial transaction list from bank in excel format
- Troop receipts
- Email that will go out in late April to all assigned troop leaders and treasurers that will include Annual Report Instructions and Troop Program Proceed numbers
- Cookie balance & Inventory numbers (deposits and withdrawals of cookies money in account, how many packages does the troop have unsold/troop paid for, how much money still needs to be collected from parents, double check all third party apps that cookie money was transferred to the troop, ect)
