Kick off the first badge in our exciting new automotive series!
Partnering with Kendall Ford Meridian, Girls in Gears: The Vision takes girls behind the scenes to discover how a car transforms from a rough sketch into a physical, powerful machine.
To spark their creativity, participants will get exclusive access to a live car show hosted by the Treasure Valley Mustang and Ford Club. They will tour an incredible lineup of vehicles, examining how different body styles, shapes, and colors are chosen to appeal to drivers. After drawing inspiration from the show, the girls will put their own design skills to the test by sketching a custom vehicle tailored for a specific use.
Important Program Details:
Parent Attendance: Because this event takes place alongside an active car show, parents/guardians are required to stay and attend this first badge workshop with their girl.
Badge Included: The physical Automotive Design badge is included in the program and will be provided to registered girls.
