What makes us happy? How do creativity and science shape who we are
and how we tell our stories? In The Science of Self & Expression,
girls explore the fascinating connections between science, creativity,
and human behavior through hands-on activities, self-discovery, and
storytelling.
Throughout the week, campers will
investigate the science of happiness and relationships, explore how
biology, chemistry, and sociology influence personal style, and learn
how photography can be used to capture emotion, identity, and
movement. Each day blends STEM exploration with creative application
as girls experiment, design, and reflect-using photography and
journaling to document their learning and growth.
By the
end of camp, girls will have built a deeper understanding of
themselves and others, created meaningful visual stories, and gained
confidence using science and creativity as tools for expression. Along
the way, they'll collaborate with peers, practice leadership and
reflection, and enjoy classic camp fun in a supportive, empowering environment.
